Team Email from September 25, 2024:
Hey archers & parents!
It's time to gear up for this year's Hot Shots Indoor Archery Season! Woo-hoo!!! This email is going out to all the archers on the roster -- if you would like to be removed from the roster or the email list, please reply to this email (PLEASE don't reply ALL).
Our 1st practice will be this Sunday, September 29th from 5:15-7:00pm. Rocky Mountain Archery closes at 5pm on Sundays, so please be respectful of any paying archers IF you arrive before 5pm. After 5pm, the front door is locked and we are to use the side door (on the left side of the building as you are facing it and down left concrete parking area). We will also leave out this side door. Once the paying customers exit, we will put all our gear in the lanes on the far right side of the range when you are facing the bales (upper lane numbers) so that we don't have gear spread all out in Stewart's shop. Additionally, the pro shop is closed during our practices, so we need to be especially respectful of RMA merchandise & the pro area (front of shop). We are not supposed to be in that part of RMA at all -- even parents walking around or on cell phones or siblings. There is a viewing room upstairs with a glass front window that any parents are welcome to bring camp chairs and sit up there. We are not allowed on the balcony upstairs, so please stay away from that.
Per Jesse, dues will be $90 this year since we made money last year from hosting the tournament (we didn't anticipate hosting a tournament last year since it was Jesse's 1st year as head coach). I will have the credit card reader, or you are welcome to bring cash or a check made payable to Rocky Mountain Hot Shots. I should also have info on ordering team jerseys and merchandise. Jerseys were $65 last year for youth sizes and $70 for adult size -- and they should be about the same this year once I hear back from our distributor.

Team Email from Sept 6, 2024:
Hey archers and parents!
We are starting planning for this next season of indoor JOAD, and we would like to get a headcount of which archers will be returning. Please reply to this email (don't reply all) and let me know who wants to be removed from the list and won't be returning.
Just a few notes:
1. Team tryouts will be Saturday, September 21 from 3-4pm for any new archers interested in joining our team. Team members from last year do not need to tryout again nor even attend this practice. But please pass the word to your friends who might be interested.
2. The 1st team practice will be Sunday, September 29 from 5:15 - 7:00pm (like last year). Please enter thru the side door at 5:15pm, as Stewart will be closing and locking the front door after all the paying customers leave.
3. The 1st Belt Buckle tournament will be Saturday, October 19th at No Limits in Denver, hosted by Mile High Archers and Recon.
