All About Hot Shots
Junior Olympic Archery Development Club in Fort Collins, Colorado
Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) is a program of USA Archery that helps young archers to enjoy the sport recreationally or progress to the excitement of competition!
JOAD offers barebow, recurve and fixed pin compound archers the opportunity to learn range safety and proper shooting technique in an environment that also fosters focus, increased self-confidence, and team building skills.
Fort Collins is home to Rocky Mountain Hot Shots, a competitive JOAD team, and is open to any youth archer 8 to 20 years of age. Indoor season runs from October through March with weekly team practices on Sunday evenings at 5:15pm and monthly tournaments in Denver, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins.
